At our school, we prioritize the overall well-being of our students, and that includes both their physical and mental fitness. That’s why we have integrated yoga into our curriculum, ensuring that every student from class 1 onwards receives regular yoga sessions. By introducing yoga at an early age, we aim to instill healthy habits and provide a foundation for a balanced lifestyle. Through these weekly yoga classes, our students not only improve their physical strength and flexibility but also develop mindfulness and emotional resilience.
